A: Since I put the countries for the shipping destination manually, maybe your country is missing. So please send an email to me or dm me through Instagram so I can check your country's shipping.

A: I use POS Indonesia
Q: Why the shipping cost is so expensive?
A: Since there is a different currency in every country, so I use adding price estimation. But I do refund if the shipping cost turns out much cheaper.
Q: How long does it take to ship to my country?
A: For Southeast Asian countries, it needs around 1 week, outside Southeast Asian Countries is around 2-4 weeks.
Q: What if I want to return the product?
A: Sorry we don't do a return policy unless it's a defect from our end. So please communicate your needs clearly before any purchase.
